Terms & Conditions

    • Our services are offered at flat-rate prices based on the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and the type of cleaning requested.

    • Each service includes a set amount of time determined by these factors.

    • Additional time can be purchased for an extra fee if needed.

    • We do not cover parking costs.

    • The cleaner must be able to park within a 4-minute walk of the property. We appreciate your assistance in arranging convenient parking if possible.

    • While we bring our own cleaning supplies, we appreciate your assistance in helping bring the supplies into your home if the commute to your property is far.

    • Our services are billed based on man hours: one cleaner equals one man hour.

    • If more than one cleaner is assigned, the total time required will be divided among the team to complete the job more efficiently.

    • Once the cleaning is completed, the cleaner will walk through the cleaned areas with you to ensure your satisfaction.

      • This walkthrough does not include areas not cleaned due to time limitations.

      • If an area requires additional cleaning, the cleaner will re-clean it at no extra cost during this walkthrough.

    • To qualify for our 100% satisfaction guarantee:

      • You must be present at the time of the cleaning.

      • If someone else approves the cleaning on your behalf, their approval is final, and the guarantee no longer applies.

      • If you are not present and later disapprove, the satisfaction guarantee is void.

    • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

    • Payments must be made in full at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.

    • You may reschedule your appointment at no charge if you do so at least 72 hours in advance.

    • Rescheduling within less than 72 hours incurs a $20 fee.

    • Once scheduled, payments are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled service.

    • If you are not present during the cleaning, all pets must be caged for the duration of the service—no exceptions.

    • If you are present, pets can remain uncaged as long as they are kept out of the same room as the cleaner.

    • If a pet dirties an area that has already been cleaned, we will not re-clean that area.

    • You are prohibited from soliciting our cleaners to work for you directly outside of Peachy Clean.

    • A penalty fee of $8,000 will be charged if this term is violated.

    • Any requests for services beyond the agreed-upon cleaning scope or time must be discussed and may incur additional fees.

    • For deep cleanings, optional add-ons such as cleaning windows, inside appliances, and baseboards can be included for an extra fee.

    • Peachy Clean is not responsible for damages to items or areas that are fragile or improperly secured prior to the cleaning. Please inform us of any specific instructions to prevent accidental damage.
